Frequently Asked Questions

A: We guarantee to process all orders within 3 business days from your order date.

Orders (excluding customized pieces) placed before 9am, WAT usually ship 3 days after. If your order is placed after 9am WAT, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding public holidays.)

Please note that we do not offer same day delivery. If you will be traveling or if you need your order urgently, please ensure to place your order in time.

All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday but will be despatched 3 days after. After your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Orders with engravable items will add an additional 3 business days to processing time which makes it 6 days in total.

A: Once an order is placed, all in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days. During this “processing” time our warehouse is busy picking, packing and readying your order to be shipped.

Please note that we cannot give a specific time for when the despatch rider will deliver your order but it is certain that it will be delivered before close of business ; which is 5:00pm.

In addition, we do not fast track delivery and some deliveries could be delayed depending on the weather conditions at the time.

A: Yes we ship worldwide via Dhl. International shipments takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. As soon as your order is placed, you will be provided with a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment.

A: Delivery fee is non- negotiable.


A: We do not accept payment on delivery; we only accept payment before delivery as payment validates order. All payments should be made at the checkout page after which your order will be processed and delivered at the specified time frame.

A: To search your desired products, click on the ‘SEARCH’ link at the top of the page after which a small search component will appear which will accept your Keyword(s). You need to enter minimum 4 characters to search your choice of products and then click on ‘Submit’ button. This action will fetch your search results based on your Keyword(s)

In order to be updated on our new arrivals and collections , kindly follow us on all our social media platforms so you don’t miss out on all the good stuff. In addition , if you will like to be notified by mail, sign up to our newsletters and you will be the first to know when we have new pieces in stock.

A: Jewelry requires proper care and maintenance for its longevity so that it can last a long time. . Regular cleaning of Jewelry is essential to maintain shine. . On wearing jewelry, it gets dirty as you use various skin and body care solutions such as soaps, lotions and even it becomes oily from your skin’s natural oils.

At JL, because we care for how you maintain Jewelry pieces purchased from us, we include a jewelry care card in all orders; make sure you endeavor to go through the care instructions as it would help make your jewelry last a lifetime.

A: Yes, we repair jewelry for a minimal fee. For more enquirers, send a mail to info@jewelrybylimah.com and a customer care representative will respond to your mail within 24 hours.
